Formalization of the Electronic Contract

Electronic payments through our portal are made through Payu Payment, a software with high computer security standards that meets the certifications required by banking entities and payment networks operating in the country. Therefore, your transactions are secure.
Payments made by credit card are subject to approval by the credit card issuer and compliance with the transaction security parameters defined by pide-hoy Store. pide-hoy Store reserves the right to reject the transaction if it is not approved by the credit card issuer and/or does not meet the security and fraud prevention parameters defined by pide-hoy Store.
Cash payments will be made with the payment PIN assigned to the potential transaction, which will be communicated to your email. Once the PIN is assigned for the purchase of the product, you have twelve (12) business hours to make the payment. If this period expires without making a payment, the PIN will be deprecated and the offer to purchase the selected product will cease.
If the product(s) are still in stock, you can reactivate the PIN in the collection network or request a new PIN on the portal for the same product(s).
Payment and Invoice: By making the payment, depending on the selected payment method, the consumer expresses acceptance of the offer for the chosen product, giving rise to the formation of the electronic sales contract.
The pide-hoy Store information system stores each transaction made within it. Once payment is made, the consumer will receive transaction information via the email address provided at the time of purchase on our website.
The invoice generated as a result of the transaction must be retained in case of a quality assurance claim.
Prior to formalizing the contract, for credit card purchases, pide-hoy Store, for reasons of consumer safety and fraud prevention, will validate the legality of the transaction following a set of protocols. In this regard, it is possible that the transaction may not be approved, in which case the consumer will be informed, and the payment issuer will refund the money. Any refund claims must be made to the payment issuer, as pide-hoy Store does not receive any payment accreditation if the transaction is not validated.
Product Delivery: Once payment has been verified for the selected product, pide-hoy Store will deliver it to the address indicated by the consumer, thus fulfilling its obligation. If delivery cannot be made for reasons not attributable to pide-hoy Store, our Call Center will contact the consumer to agree on the delivery procedure and inform them of the corresponding reprocessing costs, where applicable. In cases where the consumer purchases products from different suppliers, pide-hoy Store may deliver them individually for efficiency purposes. The delivery times indicated are estimates, as they may vary due to logistical, distance, environmental, force majeure, or unforeseeable circumstances. In any case, pide-hoy Store will provide information about the delivery date of the products through the call center in the event of a delay due to the aforementioned circumstances.
Processing of Personal Information
User Registration: The need to ensure the security of financial transactions carried out on our website requires the full identification of individuals who purchase products through it. This information is also necessary for delivery and fraud prevention. Exchange, warranty, and withdrawal policies.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL
The maximum period for exercising the right of withdrawal and/or return of the merchandise will be five (5) business days from the delivery of the goods or the execution of the contract in the case of services. This is established in Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, the Right of Withdrawal. The consumer must return the product to the producer or supplier by the same means and in the same condition in which they received it. Transportation costs and any other costs incurred in returning the goods will be covered by the consumer. The supplier must refund the consumer all amounts paid, without making any deductions or withholdings. In any case, the refund to the consumer may not exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the moment the right was exercised.
The product must not be damaged or deteriorated due to customer actions.
The product must have the original labels, sales invoice, accessories, and packaging (including manuals, user guides, warranty certificates, etc.).
The product must not show signs of use, dirt, or wear.
The product must not be more than five (5) calendar days old.
The purchased product must not be perishable, for personal or intimate use.

Shipping costs for exchanges or returns will be borne by the customer. pide-hoy Store will assume shipping costs in the event that the return is due to errors in distribution, packaging, or initial shipping.
The exchange request will be reviewed by pide-hoy Store to verify compliance with the aforementioned requirements. The maximum time to respond to an exchange request is 15 business days after receiving the product.
CONDITIONS FOR CLAIMS FOR WRONG PRODUCTS
If the customer receives a product with characteristics different from those described on the website at the time of purchase, the following procedure must be followed to verify the validity of the claim.
The customer must submit the withdrawal request through our email info@pide-hoy.com or contact the customer service line for validation and subsequent activation, if applicable.
The customer must send images of the incorrect product to info@pide-hoy.com, indicating the reason for the claim in the subject line, within 48 business hours of receiving the item.
Once Customer Service receives the required documents and verifies the information, the Reverse Logistics Guide will be sent within 24 hours for the customer's return, and the order pickup will be scheduled.
Once the return process is complete, the order will be reordered so that the customer receives the product with the same characteristics as originally purchased.
If the customer does not send the requested images, they may apply for a right of withdrawal through the website, in accordance with the provisions of this policy.
If the customer purchased an intimate product and received one with different characteristics, after verifying that it was indeed a pide-hoy Store error, the correct product will be sent to the customer without having to initiate a return process.
