Refund Policy

If the product purchased through the online store presents any manufacturing defects or quality issues, the customer must contact info@pide-hoy.com.

If a product purchased through pide-hoy presents malfunctions or damages after receipt, the customer may contact pide-hoy, who will provide the seller or supplier's information so that they can provide appropriate support for their warranty request. All warranty requests must meet the following conditions:

The product warranty must be valid.

The product must have an invoice and warranty documents. If the product does not have a document certifying a warranty period, it must be less than 30 days after delivery.

The product damage must be due to a manufacturing defect, technical failure, or irregularity. No warranty will apply if the product shows signs of misuse by the customer.

The supplier has the right to replace, repair, or refund the product.

At the consumer's discretion, the Supplier will collect the product from where it was delivered, or the Supplier may request the consumer to leave it at the designated service point. In the latter case, the Supplier will bear all shipping costs. If transportation is required for the product, the costs must be borne by the Supplier.

The repaired or replacement product must be delivered to the consumer at the same location where the legal warranty was requested, unless the consumer requests another location and the Supplier agrees. If transportation is required for the product, the costs must be borne by the Supplier.

In the event that the product must be replaced with another product of the same quality or characteristics, the Supplier will replace it within ten (10) business days following receipt of the product by the Supplier.

The repair will be carried out within thirty (30) business days, counting from the day after the product is delivered to the Supplier for repair.

If the product cannot be repaired or the product failure recurs, the supplier will inform the consumer of its decision regarding how to enforce the warranty, whether to exchange the product for an identical product or one with the same characteristics.

Additionally, the conditions for accepting a warranty process depend on the product category.

The warranty period for products purchased on the website is 30 calendar days. The warranty period begins upon delivery of the product to the address specified by the customer.
To file a warranty claim, it is essential to present the purchase invoice.
If the warranty is not applicable, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The product must be returned in the same condition as received; it must include original packaging, accessories, and product manuals.
