✅**Shipping time update**.

Processing and tracking time:

The processing time for all products is 3 to 5 days in Colombia.

We will send you email and SMS with tracking information when your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

So please be patient and keep an eye on your inbox.


✅Shipping packaging:

For logistical reasons, some items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages. This means that

that you may not receive all products in the same package.


✅Shipping times (once the order has been processed):

Colombia. 3 - 5 business days.

✅All shipping costs are FREE and payment is against delivery the customer pays upon receipt at the address and data sent at the time of ordering.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, we will exchange it at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 24 hours maximum after receiving the package.

Our store does not accept returns or exchanges, once an item has been received to your satisfaction.

We can only offer you a replacement at no additional cost if it falls within the following criteria:

Defective items - damaged/broken upon arrival.
Product is not as ordered.
We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

🔘I ordered more than one item and only received one, why is this?

Since we have several warehouses, we do not have all of our products in one place, so when you order

several items at once, each item will be shipped separately (applies when it is a different reference). So it is likely that you will receive one item

before the next one. Don't panic if you don't receive all of the items at once.... they will get to you!


🔘I've placed an order but I haven't received a confirmation email.... What's wrong?

Please make sure your email is correct when placing an order. Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

🔘Are there no shipping methods available for my destination?

Please contact us and we will advise you to have it shipped to a destination near you with shipping coverage. Some of the products with FREE shipping are limited to 1 order per customer, so if you receive this message, please check your shopping cart. If you want to order more than 1 FREE product, you may need to place another order.
